Return Policy – 30 Days
Our 30-day return policy states that you have 30 days from the receipt of an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Reflection Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received the refund, please contact us at elia.fredducci@ilborgo.it.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw, in whole or in part, from each order without penalties and without providing a reason within 14 days from the receipt of the products. After this period, withdrawal will no longer be possible.
If exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the products within this period by handing them over to the courier along with the Return Form, duly completed, which is included in the product packaging. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with the original tags still attached (if applicable).
Except for customers residing in the countries specified under Article 7.4, returns should be made via the courier designated by Il Borgo Cashmere, and in this case, the return shipping costs will be covered by Il Borgo Cashmere. All details are included in the Return Form found in the product packaging. However, customers are free to use a different courier, in which case all return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. The risk of transport will also be borne by the customer.
For customers residing in the countries specified under Article 7.4, all return shipping costs will be entirely borne by the customer, who may choose their preferred courier and assumes all transport risks.
To proceed with a return, customers must follow the instructions provided by Customer Care, which can be contacted using the methods specified in Article 12 of these General Terms and Conditions.
If the withdrawal is not carried out as specified above, Il Borgo Cashmere will not accept the return and will send the products back to the customer at their own expense.
If the withdrawal is validly exercised, Il Borgo Cashmere will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the returned products—excluding shipping costs—as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
These amounts will be considered refunded on time if they are effectively credited within the specified period. Il Borgo Cashmere shall not be held responsible for any delays in actual reimbursement caused by the bank or credit card provider.
