Our production process has roots in ancient craft techniques, but meanwhile it challenges the future. Our craftsmen have inherited more than 70 years of know-how of Il Borgo, developing a unique and original method, where past blends with innovation.
PRIVATE LABEL
A single thread that twists and knots on itself, pulled and released by innumerable needles produces an elastic and solid texture at the same time. Stitch after stitch, stitch after stitch.

Immediately after the Second World War, a woman decided in a completely innovative way to become an entrepreneur. She established her headquarters in Borgo San Lorenzo, a small town in the Mugello countryside, giving work and hope to many women.

Borgo Cashmere has its production and stylistic center in Borgo San Lorenzo in Mugello, a few kilometers from Florence in Tuscany. This area was loved by the Medici family for its history, culture and artistic expression combined with a landscape of rolling hills and countryside. Friendly, peaceful and hardworking people are an integral part of its widespread appeal.
